Privileges:​

​With this rating you are allowed to fly in instrument meteorological conditions (IMC) according to instrument flight rules (IFR).​​

Minimum Requirements:​

• PPL

• Night Endorsement

• Complete the IR ground school

• Pass the DCAL IR knowledge test

• Pass the DCAL IR skill test in a single-engine airplane for SEIR privileges
