The Civil Aviation Flight Training Center (CAFTC) is an aviation training institution dedicated to enhancing aviation standards in Laos. Supported by PACTEC International and in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Works and Transport of Laos, and the Lao Civil Aviation Training Center, CAFTC aims to build capacity and promote excellence in the aviation sector.
