ATPL Ground School (Add On)
Privileges:​

With this license you are allowed to pilot an airplane certified for two-crew operations as Pilot in Command (PIC) or in other words as its captain.​
Minimum Requirements:​

Min. Age: 21

CPL, MECR, MEIR

Class 1 Aviation Medical

Complete the ATPL ground school

Pass the two DCAL ATPL knowledge tests

Experience: Have 1500h TT, 500h PIC under supervision, 200h cross country time, 75h instrument time, 100h night time.

Pass the DCAL ATPL skill test​
Notes:

You will get the experience required while flying as a first officer at the airline or while piloting a singe-pilot certified airplane in single-pilot operations as PIC.

“Frozen ATPL” means you meet all the requirements for the license, except that you do not have the experience required nor have you passed the skill test yet.

You have 7 years from the time you passed the ATPL knowledge test to “unfreeze” the license. Otherwise you will have to write the knowledge tests again.
